The "Hey Lu" Cancer Research Fund

The "Hey Lu" Cancer Research Fund is named in honor of Lu Rowley, who died of stage 4 squamous cell cancer in January 2011, just one month after it was detected.

The Fund is a non-profit 501(c)(3) company.     

The Fund:

Supports research and development of cancer screening technologies.

Reviews programs and overhead expenses of organizations doing research in this area.

Donates to those organizations with promising research and low overhead expenses.
